How
do I place an order? |

Ordering from SPS is easy! We give our customers several different ways to order. You can order shop & order online via SPS’ online purchasing module eStore.spsco.com. (click on the eStore button on the top right of the Home Page or click on the link “Shop eStore” in the left frame). You may also fill in the online order form or you can download the order form and fax your completed order form to (800) 869-7776 or (678) 455-8889. Finally you can call in your order at (800) 767-7776 extension 3 or (678) 455-8888 extension 3. |

I'm
a wearer of a prosthetic or orthotic device. Can I place
an order directly with SPS?

SPS is a wholesale distributor
of orthotic and prosthetic supplies. As a wholesale
distributor, we sell only to Orthotic and Prosthetic Practitioners.

Do
I have to set up an account to order from SPS?
|

In order for SPS to continue
serving our customers with the highest quality service possible,
all of our customers are required to set up an account.
This not only provides our customers with more payment options,
but it also allows SPS to determine which products are best
suited for our customers' needs. Click

How
can I get one of your catalogs?
|

Simply fill out the online
account application
and e-mail or fax it back to us, and we will send you a free
1200-page catalog immediately. |

What
forms of payment do you accept?
|
 |
Payment in the form of a check is the most common method. However, we also accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX credit card payments. Bank wire transfers and electronic funds transfers are accepted from our international customers. |

If
I place an order today, how soon will I get my order?
|
 |
All orders received by 5:00
EST, or 4:00 PST for our West Coast customers, are shipped
out the same day. We use several express and priority shipping
methods. Your need date for the items ordered determines
which shipping method is specified at the time of order. |

What
if I have an emergency after 5:00 p.m.?
|

I
know the item that I need, but I don't know the product
number. Do I have to know the product number before
I order it?

No. All of our friendly,
highly trained customer service experts are very knowledgeable
about our products and can help you find and order exactly
what you need. |

What
if I need to return something?
|
 |
If the return is a result from
an SPS error (wrong item sent, wrong size, etc.), damage done
by shipping, or a defect in manufacturing, full credit will
be issued to your account. Your packing list or invoice
number will be used as your return authorization number.
Standard restock fee is 15%. |
