KX06 LINKAGE KNEE AVAILABLE AT SPS
The KX06, the only hydraulic swing and stance polycentric knee, is now available through SPS four (4) Distribution Centers. The polycentric pivot positions on the KX06 linkage knee, manufactured by Endolite, provide a much improved longer lever arm for initiation of flexion and assist in the compression of the spring.
Building upon the proven hydraulic controls of the CaTech Rex knee, the KX06 provides a robust linkage for heel strike stability and advanced flexion characteristics. Unlike a mono-centric knee, the enhanced KX06 lever provides flexion from 0° to 40°, resulting in a smoother gait with less effort.
The KX06 linkage knee is ideal for short trans-femoral amputees due to the enhanced knee flexion lever. Amputees with long residual limbs or knee disarticulation amputations benefit cosmetically from the folding linkage and posterior shin set on flexion. Excellent hydraulic knee control is beneficial to active users. Maximum user weights are 319 lbs for K1-K3 activity levels and 300 lbs for K4 activity level.
The KX06 has multiple proximal adapter choices, a distal pyramid and has a 3 year warranty.
