SPS Introduces the FreeStyle Swim Ankle

Alpharetta, Ga — The new Freestyle™ Swim Ankle from Freedom Innovations is push button easy. With one simple adjustment, the ankle moves between 90° plantar flexion for swimming and a 3/8" heel height setting for walking. No tools required!

The Freestyle Swim Ankle allows users to:

  • Walk proudly and comfortably to and from the swim area
  • Adjust to 90° plantar flexion for swimming with the simple push of a button
  • Utilize a flipper to gain swimming speed, while decreasing energy expenditure in the water
  • Balance the body and enhance swimming efficiency

Used in conjunction with the LP Symes Prosthetic Foot, the product is sold with a cosmetic foot shell to protect the system. A protective rubber cap is snapped over the ankle for further protection from the elements.
