SPS Introduces ESK+
Stability, Smoothness, and Comfortable Control... all this and more in the NEW ESK+ Prosthetic Knee available now directly from SPS.
Moving beyond the original concept of weight activated stance control, the ESK+ yields gradually into flexion as the amputees body weight progresses from mid-stance to toe-off. A single adjustment sets stabilization precisely where the user desires.
Combined with a wide range of swing controls, the ESK+ knee incorporates innovative cadence control which changes the limb speed in synchronization with the wearer's gait. Adjustable to suit the needs of amputees at all ability levels, the choice of swing controls facilitiates personal growth in comfort and security. Hydraulic and pneumatic contols improve walking comfort while a new drum liner dramatically increases the life of the knee.
