CoreLINE Expands to Include Two New Wrist Splints
Marrying high quality with cost control was the ultimate goal of SPS' New CoreLINE products. Selection for this new line of orthotic softgoods was driven first and foremost by clinical assessment. The CoreLINE Clinical Review Team reviewed more than 200 orthotic devices from leading manufacturers to arrive at a "BEST IN CLASS" clinical care option for each product category.
CoreLINE has now been expanded to include the CoreLINE Thumb Spica 8" (CL0242) and the CoreLINE Cock-Up Wrist Splint (CL0145).
The CoreLINE Thumb Spica has the following features:
- Durable neoprene construction has dual aluminum stays to support the palmar surface of wrist and extensor surface of the thumb.
- Contact closure straps and Lycra® lining provide added patient comfort
- Provides wrist immobilization while allowing full hand functions
- Thumb Spica offers immobilization of the wrist/thumb MP/ CMC joints
- Appropriate for soft/tissue injuries, strains, scaphoid injuries, Gamekeeper's thumb, collateral ligament support and deQuervain's Syndrome symptoms
The CoreLINE Cock-Up Wrist Splint provides:
- Full finger mobility with contoured aluminum palmer stay to maintain wrist in cock-up position
- Cool, soft nylon construction with single one-pull design fits wide range of wrist sizes
- Ideal for immobilization of the wrist and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
- Universal sizing, order for right or left hand
