SPS NOW OFFERS TOWNSEND DESIGN

Both the Rebel Reliever OA and Rebel ACL orthopedic braces from Townsend Design can now be purchased through any of SPS' three Distribution Centers - located in Atlanta, Dallas and Paso Robles, CA.

Townsend Design's Rebel Reliever is a lightweight aircraft aluminum OA brace that mirrors the low profile, design of our Rebel Series functional knee braces. The Rebel Reliever brace features the patent-pending Loadshifter Relief Mechanism for achieving optimum corrective force. The angle of the thigh shell can be shifted to increase correction and amplify the three-point pressure needed to reduce load on the affected compartment.

This remarkably low profile brace weighs just 21 ounces. The brace design also includes pad extensions for comfort, soft tissue containment and diffusion of corrective forces, and a condylar pad kit for achieving adequate counter force pressure and/or optimum comfort at joint line.

The Rebel ACL brace is designed to provide stabilization before or after surgery, to help prevent anterior tibial translation. Braces are prefabricated in standard sizes, XS to XXL.
