The VenoTrain ulcertec ulcer stocking system consists of two stockings. A white liner with a gentle compressive effect offers protection and holds the wound dressing in place. It is kept on overnight and should be changed daily for hygienic reasons. 

The skin-colored compression stocking is worn during the day and offers guaranteed compression at a therapeutically appropriate level. For patients with edemas, the VenoTrain ulcertec ulcer stocking system should only be used once the leg has been successfully decongested using a compression bandage.

The liners are also designed to provide a continuous low level of compression during the night, which can be individually ordered as a set of three (at 10 or 18 mmHg), and are suitable for washing at high temperatures.

Indications:

VenoTrain Ulcertec 39 – Moderate

• Compression strength 34–39mmHg, liner with gentle compression
• Venous ulcers of the leg with a good tendency to heal
• Light liner for patients who only need little compression at night

VenoTrain Ulcertec 46 – Strong

• Compression strength 40–46 mmHg, liner with moderate compression
• Ulcers with a poor tendency to heal
• Liner with moderate compression given tolerance and a good level of acceptance of compression at night
