SPS is open with 4:30 pm cut off time per distribution center time zone
We are open but are focused on protecting the health and safety of our employees. Due to this change, our cut off time will be 4:30 pm in each distribution center time zone starting 3/30.

Order consolidation request for one order per day, per location
During these tough times, we ask that you please consolidate your orders as much as possible. Ideally, we would like for you to combine everything into no more than one order per day, per location. Additionally, FedEx has communicated that they are considered an essential business and may continue to operate under state of emergency and shelter in place orders. They are still operating as normal and do provide a Hold at Location option at over 14,000 FedEx and Walgreens locations; this may be useful in situations where your physical location may be closed, as it is typically less expensive than shipping to a Residential address.

Trulife | Open, but the Poulsbo plant is only shipping on Wednesdays and Fridays. Emergencies will take priority. The Michigan distribution center will ship all days of the week.
U.S. Orthotics | Open Monday-Friday, 8:30a - 4:00p EST; Shipping cut off time is 2:30p EST.
