The L1321A is manual locking polycentric knee. The lock is manually released by pulling on the lanyard which is attached to the knee lock mechanism. The knee lock mechanism can also be removed at later time, so that the knee can be used as free swing knee. The proximal attachment has A-P slide and rotation adjustment. Optional adapters are pyramid adapter(for AK) and lotus adapter(for KD).
