SPS O&P Technician Scholarship
The SPS O&P Technician Scholarship is open to individuals who are pursuing an associates level or above in a CAAHEP-accredited technician program. Each year, SPS will award $2,500 to one deserving student based on essay submission and leadership qualities.
About the Essay
In the online application, students are asked to submit either a 2-page written essay or a YouTube link to a video essay (5 minutes max) introducing themselves and answering the following prompts:
• What inspired you to choose a career in O&P?
• How will you use your talents to help the O&P community?
Qualifications:
To be considered for an award, student applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Be enrolled in an accredited O&P technician program
• Reside within the U.S.
• Have proven leadership qualities
